NCPC Boss, Rev. Pam Congratulates Gov. Mutfwang of Plateau State, Urges Him to Carry all Citizens Along

The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Rev. Dr. Yakubu Pam on Monday 15th January, 2024 congratulated the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang over his victory at the Supreme Court which affirmed him as the duly elected Governor of Plateau State during the 18th March, 2023 Governorship election with a charge on him to provide good governance to the citizenry of the State and carry all along irrespective of ethnic, religious and political affiliations. He said the victory is for all Citizens hence the need to provide dividends of democracy to to people to justify the mandate.


The spiritual Leader appreciated the people of the State for accepting the verdict in good faith and with the spirit of sportsmanship.
He made these known shortly after the burial of his Late Cousin, Pastor Dalyop Ngwe who was laid to rest at his village Tahei Gyel District of Jos South Local Government Area.
He said the Deceased lived a modest, exemplary and godly life impacting lives and the society. He said Late Pastor Dalyop Ngwe was able to play fatherly role to the entire family until his demise, a role that has been transferred to him and prayed God to give him the wisdom and capacity to fill the vacuum created by the departure of the deceased.
He admonished the people to make their paths right before God and live the kind of lives that pleases Him.

He consoled with the Citizens of Plateau State over the barbaric attacks that led to the killing of innocent citizens, many injured, looting and destruction of property. He called for greater attention to the lives and property of the Citizens by Government at all levels and security agencies in line with their cardinal constitutional responsibilities.

On the 2024 Armed Forces Celebration and Remembrance Day which is being commemorated today, Rev. Pam applauded the immense contributions, patriotism and heroic disposition of the Armed Forces toward having a more peaceful and prosperous Country.
He said personnel of the Nigerian Military have made unquantifiable sacrifice to keep the Nation and protect it from external aggression.
He posited that others paid the price with their lives while in active service to the Nation.
He called on government to accord greater attention to the welfare of serving personnel of the Armed Forces and cater for the families of fallen heroes.
