MANGU: BURKI ATTENDS REV JONAH LONGCHI BOOK LAUNCH IN MANGU, WEDDINGS AND CONDOLENCE.

Special Adviser to the Governor of Plateau State, Chief Ayuba Burki Gufwan was a special guest at the launching of the book titled, ‘Christians and Muslims in a relationship: Challenges and prospects’, written by Rev Jonah Longchi.

Extolling the author, Burki stated that the book is timely and will strengthen peaceful coexistence among Christians and Muslims. He applauded Rev Longchi for his invaluable roles towards promoting peace in Mangu Local Government Area.

At the send forth prayer of Miss Felicia Johnson which held at Pwanga Badni, Chanso, he congratulated the celebrant and offered his support to enable her start her new home.

The entourage was also at the residence of Joshua Slim who lost his mother to the cold hands of death and Hon Jibril Iliyasu Abdullahi, Former Supervisory Councillor of Education, Mangu LGA whose wife, Maryamu Iliyasu died.

Burki commiserated with the bereaved families, and urged them to take solace in God Almighty the giver of life.
