MacArthur Foundation’s President Visits CITAD

John Palfrey, the President of MacArthur Foundation has visited the Centre for Information Technology and Development’s (CITAD) head office in Kano, Kano State, Nigeria.

During the visit, Mr. Palfrey was with Staphanie Platz, Africa Director of the Foundation, Dr. Kole Ahmed Shettima, his Deputy, Dayo Olaide, Senior Programmes Officer, Dr. Amina Salihu, Amina Usman and Hauwa Kazim.

Welcoming the MacArthur Foundation team to CITAD, the Executive Director, Dr. Y.Z. Ya’u thanked the President and the entire Foundation’s delegation for making CITAD one of their visiting spots.

“MacArthur Foundation has been a long time supporter to CITAD, with support of the Foundation we are very happy to note that we have implemented several impactful projects, it is indeed a great honour to have the President” Mr. Ya’u said.
