Lalong revamping the Judiciary says Youth Group

Plateau Youth for change has hailed the Plateau State governor Simon Lalong ,for his efforts at revamping the judiciary sector in the state 

The group in a statement signed by  Remark Ditep   the Public Relations officer  of the Group and made available to newsmen in Jos reads that The judicial service Commission has achieved a lot since Gov Lalong came on board. 

 “It reads that within one year   ,the Judicial Service Commission has achieved the following ,The appointment of a chief registrar each for the  courts,namely,the High Court,The Customary court of appeal and the Sharia Court of appeal”

“A total of 553 staff have been screened and promoted with some among them earning conversation. ,One staff who was dismissed was reinstated. ”

 “Machinery is also been set for the appointment of a new Chief judge and a new Grand Kadi for the state following the retirement of the former chief judge and the form Grand Kadi     . ”                            ”   It is very important to note that the new high Court complex is receiving priority attention in addition to other court facilities from across the state.”

“All of these were accomplished in such a short period of time because of the conducive working environment provided by His Excellency the executive governor of the state,Rt Hon. Barr. Simon Bako ” the statement further added.
