In a strategic move aimed at revitalizing the Council for effective and efficient service delivery to the Citizens, the Executive Chairman of Jos South Local Government Council, Hon. Silas Dung has approved the appointment of Eight (8) supervisory Councillors and Seven (7) Special Advisers.
This development was made public through a statement signed and made available to this medium by Christy Pam Makut, the Press Secretary to the Council Chairman.
She noted that the move is a testament to the administration’s commitment to efficient governance and improved public service for the People of the Area.
The newly appointed Supervisory Councillors are Mancha John Vincent, Victoria Yohanna Dalyop, Bitrus Moses Pam and Wilfred Pwajok. Others are Dachung Elizabeth, David Roseline Mancha, David Zang Dong and Nyam Dung Kim.
The Special Advisers appointed include Yakubu Jatau Gwaja, Stephen Bot, John Sylvester Kadat and Juliet Kaneng James Pam. Others are Bulus Bot, Stephen Choji Dye and Solomon Pam Datu.
Upon inauguration, the Appointed will oversee governance activities in various departments of the Council.
