Jos North/Bassa Bye-Election 2022: Plateau State Legislator, Hon. Musa Agah Emerges PDP Candidate

The Member representing Rukuba/Irigwe Constituency in the Plateau State House of Assembly, Hon. Musa Avie Agah has won the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Primary Election for the forthcoming bye-election for Jos North/Bassa Federal Constituency.

The seat became vacant following the demise of the occupant, Late Alh. Haruna Maitala who died in a fatal car accident on 2nd April, 2021.

Hon. Musa Agah pulled 152 Votes to defeat the closest contestant Hon. Jonathan Dabo who got 127 Votes. Hon. David Racha got a Vote.

The bye-election is slated for Saturday 26th February, 2022.
