The protracted Chieftaincy tussle for the headship of Foron District of Barkin Ladi Local Government Area of Plateau State, may have come to an end, as the Court of Appeal, Jos Judicial Division, has affirmed the selection of Da Bulus Pam Bot of the Lo-Zam Dyeng Saben Ruling House as the authentic Gwom Rwei of Foron District.

The Court in its Judgment, dismissed the appeal filed by Mr. Noel Kim against the Judgment of the Plateau State High Court, delivered by, Hon. Justice Mohammed Othman and also ordered him to pay as cost, N50,000.00 to the Gwom Rwei Da Bulus Pam Bot.

You would recall that the Plateau State High Court presided over by Hon. Justice Othman had dismissed the case earlier.

You would also recall that Mr. Noel Kim was dethroned as the Gwom Rwei Foron by the Plateau State Government on the 14^th May, 2003, by the approval of the then Governor of the state, Chief Joshua Dariye, now Senator representing the central zone of the state.
