Following intelligence report received on plans to disrupt the End Bad Governance Protest by some Miscreants, the Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang in order to safeguard law-abiding Citizens and property imposed 24-hour Curfew on Jos/Bukuru Metropolis on Sunday 4th August, 2024.

Our correspondent went round Jos South and Jos North Local Government Areas to monitor compliance.

The directive was complied with in most areas visited except for some few areas in Jos North Local Government Area where security agencies are working hard to enforce full compliance.

Security Personnel were seen carrying out their duties professionally to ensure the curfew is fully complied with by the Citizens across the affected areas.
