Stakeholders from Jol/Kwi Federal Ward of Riyom Local Government Area have said they are confident that the incoming administration of Barr. Caleb Mutfwang will birth greater development that will bring about a holistic turnaround in Plateau State.
The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Stakeholders said the duo of Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, the Governor-elect Plateau State and Ngo Hon. Josephine Piyo the Deputy Governor-elect Plateau State are perfect match for leadership considering their competence, integrity and wealth of experience in governance they have gathered having served in various capacities in the past.

The Stakeholders made the disclosures when they paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor-elect, Ngo Josephine Piyo at her residence at Laranto Jos North LGA to congratulate her and her Principal, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang over their victory during the 18th March, 2023 Governorship Election.

In their separate remarks, leader of the delegation Hon. Davou Mang who doubles as the Vice Chairman of PDP Plateau North, former Leader Riyom Legislative Arm Hon. Sati Shuwa and the PDP Chairman Jol/Kwi Federal Ward Da Davou Bulus lauded the citizens of Plateau State for voting massively for the PDP across the State which led to the resounding victories recorded by the Party.

They expressed optimism that the Mutfwang/Piyo administration will provide sound leadership to the people. They promised to accord the necessary support and loyalty to the Mutfwang/Piyo administration to enable it succeed.

In her remarks, the Deputy Governor-elect Ngo Josephine Piyo appreciated the delegation for the visit and for the support accorded them and the PDP across the State.

“I am greatly honoured and delighted for this magnificent visit and the assurance of loyalty and prayers.
I hold the people of Riyom Local Government in high esteem and I am grateful because you have been very supportive.
“This is our collective victory and we’ll work to justify this mandate God has given us through the citizens of Plateau State through the provision of sound and people-oriented leadership.
We’ll not disappoint the people of Plateau State but justify the mandate entrusted on us with purposeful leadership” she said.

She urged them to continue to pray for them to succeed and make Plateau State excel and prosper.
