On March 12, 2025, the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in Kuru, Jos, hosted the National Values and Leadership Course, a collaborative effort between the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Tomruk iHub Multiverse, and Dakrisbenic Foundation for Unity and Development in Africa. The program, running from March 12 to 14, aims to empower leaders with skills in ethical governance, social cohesion, and national development. Topics include the National Values Charter, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and inclusive decision-making. Ayuba urged participants to embrace the training fully: “Let the principles and insights gained here inspire you to become ambassadors of national values, driving positive change in your communities and beyond.”
