A team of creative writers by name Inspiration Publishers who are passionate about inspiring young people to make positive impact in their communities today awarded scholarship to winners of essay competition organized for secondary schools in Heipang District Barkin Ladi LGA of Plateau State.

Inspiration Publishers had in conjunction with Berom Youth Moulders Association (BYM) called for essays from the students. Entries were screened by a committee.

Addressing the students, CEO/Lead Correspondent of Inspiration publisher, Dr Solomon chollom encouraged the students to be focus in their academic. Dr. Chollom said Inspiration Publisher will award three students whose essays were adjudged the best with one year scholarship.

Admin Officer of Inspiration Publisher, Kingsley said it is a group of persons who are passionate about writing. The group decided to initiate the competition to inspire the younger ones to develop their skills and drive academic excellence.

Dr. Solomon Chollom said the competition will be an annual event and those that participated in the event are still eligible to participate.

Winners of the competition expressed joy and surprise at the windfall, saying that they never thought their participation in the essay writing was going to bring such goodwill. They commended the organizers for the foresight and philanthropic gesture.
