INEC to commence Third Phase of Continuous Voters Registration in Plateau State

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will commence the third phase of the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) on Thursday, November 9th, 2017.

The exercise will take place in the 17 Local Government Areas and the 7 additional centres.

The activities during the exercise include:

(1) the registration of those who recently turned 18 years and those who could not register before the 2015 elections as well as the commencement of the exercise of the first phase
(2) PVC distribution
(3) Transfer of registration
(4) card loss and omission
(5) corrections
As usual, the exercise will take place between 9.00am-3 p.m, Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays.

The Commission appeals to those who participated in the last exercises to exercise patience as their cards are being processed and will be issued as soon as they are ready.
