iHub- Meg Foundation bags best NGO Award on the Plateau

Meg Foundation which is a non Governmental organization NGO in Plateau state with the sole aimed of providing humanitarian services to the poor, widows and orphans, aged, people with disability, women and Vulnerable children has bags an award as the best NGO in Plateau State.

The foundation for the past years has affected the lives of many through it Meg Cancer free medical support and screening.

The first Cancer awareness, walk and talk day was observed during the world Cancer day which the foundation assisted and pay bills of many Cancer patients in Plateau Specialist hospital and those that came for free screening.
The other took place in Quanpan Local government of Plateau state, where women and children came out and were screened and given support to treat the deadly disease Cancer.

This year the foundation was nominated among many by iHub digital solutions, the 3rd Plateau innovation and business conference 2022, endorsed by Plateau state Government as the best NGO on the Plateau.

Presenting the award of Excellence to the foundation, the spokesperson of the iHub digital solutions said Meg Foundation was keenly selected out based on the impact it has created on the Plateau.

The CEO/ Founder Hon. Dr. Na’anyil Dakogol said the NGO began its operation in 2009 with the sole aim of going to local communities to provide humanitarian services in area of consultation, collaboration and networking to improve the quality of lives of women, Orphans and Vulnerable Children (WVC)

“We as Meg Foundation we are committed to continue to make impact by affecting positively in the lives of people in our community, because it is our responsibility to take care of the weak and the disabled persons irrespective of their tribe, ethnicity and religion.”

“Doing that to me is the best religion practice so far and we shall continue to touch lives and render help to the weak”.
