Plateau state youth council PYC, Plateau Central zone coordinator, comrade Alex Audu Wani the converner of Youth submit with a theme “Uniting Plateau Central Youths for Social Change” he said he was motivated to organise this programe to fulfil one of his campaign promises which is very paramount for the Plateau Youths within the central Zone to meet and connect also to share positive ideas and learn from one another for capacity and nation building.

Earlier the keynote speaker of the submit , Dr. Fabong Jemchang former PYC Chairman Plateau state and Director PLACHEMA who was the keynote speaker at the PYC Central zone capacity building and seminar speaks on a topic “Building youths capacity for progress and social change” Fabong said “government cannot develop capacity when they have not seen capability which mean we have to develop ourselves as Youths, I have empowered 1000 of youths as Director General of PLACHEMA”
Fabong also said the youth has to be solution to the problems to get rich and make money.

Fabong also said until Youths see themselves as agents of positive change then there would be a productive society.
Youths were encouraged to shun political thugs because if you offer yourself to be recruited to be thugs, your principal won’t empower you because you can only be used to cause crisis.

Jemchang also said the youth should always support their fellow Youths contesting political positions it is high time we as Youths should be responsible and able to create jobs opportunities.
According to Dr. Simput Eagle Dafup II he said “If you don’t have what to offer its impossible for you to have a platform, we must have a solutions before you’re given platform to take leadership.
Youths must add value to themselves to gain personal victory then we could be called out for public victory.”

Also speaking Mr. David Sunday Daser DG PICTDA one of the keynote speaker, who speaks on a topic: “Digitalisation the key to youth empowerment” said “we can not talk about the youth who are voice in today’s government without acknowledging the person who gave the Youths the platform which is Rt.Hon. Barr. Simon Bako Lalong. His government has given many Youths the platform to make positive impact and the youths are doing great”
Dignitaries includes representative of the PYC Chairman Comrade Lot Adas, PYC chairmen of all the local government within the central zones, and other special guest.
