Hon. Timothy Dantong Obtains Nomination Form for Riyom Constituency, Promises Credible Representation

A former SSA to Governor Jonah David Jang, Businessman and politician in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Timothy Dantong today picked the Nomination Form for Plateau State House of Assembly, Riyom Constituency.

After picking the form, Hon. Timothy Dantong said Riyom LGA housing the Constituency he is aspiring to represent is facing a critical time and it is his desire to provide credible and purposeful representation in order to consolidate on the gains of those who served and still serving as well as improve on same.

The State Assembly Hopeful said those who serve the Constituency since the full return to democracy in 1999 have done their best and the present Minority Leader and Member Representing the Constituency is also doing his best contributing to the growth of the Local Government Area.

“I am coming to consolidate on their achievements, provide credible and quality representation and leadership.

The present member representing Riyom Constituency at the State Assembly who doubles as Minority Leader, Hon. Daniel Dem is presently serving his Second tenure and contesting for the House of Representatives, Barkin Ladi/Riyom Federal Constituency.

“My Constituency, Riyom is in dire need of someone with sound knowledge and appreciation of the issues affecting it”

“I have good knowledge of the problems and challenges confronting my people and out to serve them by giving them credible representation and competent leadership”

“I know what my people are facing, I am always with them and ready to sacrifice in order to serve them credibly if elected” he concluded.

State Organizing Secretary of PDP, Hon. Yakubu Gwott Chocho while presenting the Nomination and Expression of interest Forms at the Party Secretariat Yakubu Gowon Way wished him the very best in his ambition.
