Today, Hon. Isaac Kwallu was at the venue Investigative Panel set up to look into the allegations levelled against him. The embattled Chairman of Qua’an-Pan LGC, Hon. Isaac Kyale Kwallu was suspended alongside his Kanam Colleague, Hon. Abbas Wokdung by the State House of Assembly but approached the Court and was reinstated by Plateau High Court yesterday.

In a letter dated 4th August, 2020 the investigative panel of inquiry had written inviting Hon. Kwallu to appear before it today 5th August, 2020 at 10am.

While at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Jos, venue of the investigative hearing, Hon. Isaac Kwallu got news of his purported impeachment.

From available information, Hon. Isaac Kwallu left the Venue during close of work as the panel where not at hand to attend to him as earlier arranged.

He also got wind of the swearing in of his Deputy, Hon. Abdulmalik Yusuf Haruna by the Executive Governor of Plateau State which was carried out few hours after the purported impeachment.

According to sources all efforts and calls put to the Committee proved abortive as no response was received from them to come over and attend to the Chairman based on their invitation to him.

Attached is a copy of the invitation letter sent to Hon. Isaac Kwallu and his appearance at the Ministry where the investigative panel were to sit.
