Hon. James Stephen Pam, former Chief of Staff to the Deputy Governor of Plateau State and the Chairman Concerned People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Stakeholders Plateau State Chapter has applauded the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, for his loyalty, unwavering commitment to the PDP, and the successful hosting of the just-concluded North Central Zonal Congress. The event, held on Saturday, 24th May 2025, took place at Langfield Leisure Park, Little Rayfield, Jos.

In his statement, Hon. Pam praised Governor Mutfwang for his exceptional performance and remarkable achievements since assuming office, noting that these accomplishments have significantly boosted the popularity, goodwill, and acceptance of both the party and his administration at the state, zonal, and national levels.
He further lauded the PDP National Secretariat for selecting Plateau State as the host of the North Central Zonal Congress, which, according to him, produced credible and competent leaders to steer the affairs of the party in the zone.
Hon. Pam remarked, “The outstanding performance of Governor Mutfwang has attracted greater acceptability for the PDP. The achievements of the Governor since he came on board are commendable and noteworthy.”
While appreciating the efforts of the National Working Committee (NWC), National Executive Council (NEC), party leaders, executives, and supporters at all levels, he charged them to demonstrate unity, purpose, and resilience in repositioning the party ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
He also called on citizens of Plateau State to continue supporting the present administration in its drive toward building a more united, peaceful, and prosperous society.
Hon. Pam encouraged the newly elected zonal officials to work in unity for the progress of the party across all levels and extended his well wishes for safe journeys to all delegates, party leaders, executives, and supporters returning to their various destinations.
