A Stakeholder in Jos South Local Government Area, Da Hon. James Pam Stephen, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the former Deputy Speaker of the Plateau State House of Assembly and former Member representing Jos South Constituency, Rt. Hon. Fom Gwottson Dalyop, PhD, as he marks his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Hon. James Pam Stephen described the celebrant as a seasoned politician, grassroots mobilizer, and consummate leader whose political journey has continued to positively shape the democratic landscape of Jos South and Plateau State at large.

According to him, “Rt. Hon. Fom Gwottson Dalyop’s political trajectory and leadership credentials reflect uncommon dedication to democratic ideals, inclusive governance, and people-centered representation. Over the years, he has remained a stabilizing force within the political space, deploying his experience, wisdom, and influence to promote peace, unity, and sustainable development.”
Hon. Pam further commended the former Lawmaker for his invaluable contributions to democratic consolidation, effective representation, and community-driven development initiatives, noting that his consistent empowerment programmes and strategic interventions have directly impacted and transformed the lives of many constituents.
