HON. DACHUNG BAGOS EMPOWERS WOMEN AND YOUTHS IN HIS CONSTITUENCY THROUGH TRAINING IN AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT.

Member Representing Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency, Dachung Musa Bagos has organized a training for Youths and Women of his Constituency on Farming Development Enterprise.

The Lawmaker who was represented by his Senior Legislative Aide, Hon. Lang Pwajok said with efforts by Government to diversify the economy of the country, the initiative is aimed at equipping the participants with modern skills in Agriculture.

He said the project which was organized in conjunction with the Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology Vom has 60 Participants in the first batch and will hold periodically.

Procurement officer of the Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology, Vom, Okpeh Kenneth Akogwu called on Participants to take advantage to the programme to empower themselves with skills that will make them self employed and entrepreneurs.

Some participants who spoke to newsmen appreciated the Lawmaker for the initiative describing it as a lifetime opportunity.

There were lectures on best practices for Tomato production and Potatoes Production by Kenneth Okoye of Ice Target Global Limited.
