Plateau State Governor, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined family, friends, and associates in felicitating with the President of the Mwaghavul Development Association (MDA), Deacon Bulus Dabit, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.

Gov. Mutfwang in a warm and heartfelt message signed by His Director of Press and Public Relations, Dr. Gyang Bere described Deacon Dabit as a vibrant leader and strategic thinker whose exemplary record of selfless service has touched countless lives.

The Governor fondly recalled Deacon Dabit’s outstanding contributions to national development during his tenure at the National Orientation Agency (NOA), where his expertise in strategic communication and civic engagement helped shape policies that advanced good governance in Plateau State and across Nigeria.

He further lauded Dabit’s tireless efforts in fostering community cohesion within Mwaghavul land and beyond, commending his dedication to strengthening unity, understanding, and peace among the people of Plateau State.
