Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined his associates and other well-wishers, in rejoicing with Prof. Patrick Dakum, Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN), and the former State Governorship candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general elections, on his 66th birthday.
