In a strategic move to strengthen the machinery of governance and enhance the effective implementation of government policies and programmes, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has approved the appointment of five new Permanent Secretaries in the State Civil Service to fill existing vacancies.
The appointments were announced in a statement dated 9th May, 2024, and made available by the Director of Press and Public Affairs to the Governor, Dr. Gyang Bere.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are Bitrus Keln Hosea, Stephen Davou Daniel and Lohnan Vongsen Gambo.
Others include Tiemsan Kenneth Buenyen and John Danjuma Damenkyap.
Governor Mutfwang, while congratulating the appointees, urged them to bring their wealth of experience, professionalism, and commitment to bear in promoting good governance and ensuring efficient service delivery for the overall benefit of the people of Plateau State.
