Gov Simon Lalong inspects Jos, appeals for calm.

Plateau state Governor  Simon Lalong has appealed for calm following an on the spot assessment of some areas affected by the disturbances.

Commissioner for information and communication Hon Yakubu Dati in a statement  made available to newsmen in Jos reads that”Gov Lalong who personally cleared some road blockades stopped by the airport junction where he appealed for calm. 

Gov Lalong further called on the citizens to observe the curfew as measures to restore normalcy.
