Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined numerous well-wishers and patrotic Nigerians in celebrating the 80th birthday of the Miskhaham Mwaghvul, His Royal Highness, Da John Putmang Hirse mni, CON, MNIM.
In a goodwill message, Governor Mutfwang, described Da Hirse as an accomplished administrator, a principled traditional leader, and a shrewd entrepreneur.
He said Da Hirse’s enduring commitment to advancing the collective interests of the Mwaghavul Nation and Plateau State has earned him the admiration and respect of many.
The Governor lauded Da Hirse’s embodiment of values such as love, peace, and unity, commending his unwavering dedication and diligent contributions to nation-building, resulting in a distinguished career in public service.
Governor Mutfwang expressed his admiration for the exemplary life journey of Da Hirse, one that serves as an inspiration to all.
He highlighted Da Hirse’s transition from a career in public service, marked by selflessness and merit, culminating in his esteemed role as Federal Permanent Secretary before retiring.
He stated that it was in recognition of Da Hirse’s unwavering dedication, competence, and sense of duty, that the Mwaghavul Nation found him to be a person of high moral character worthy of serving as the Mishkaham Mwaghavul, even beyond his active service years.
In extending his best wishes on this momentous occasion, Governor Mutfwang conveyed the the best wishes of the people of Plateau State to the traditional leader and, expressed the hope for divine protection, good health, and exceptional wisdom to guide Da Hirse in fulfilling his royal responsibilities.
