Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined numerous associates and well-wishers to congratulates the Executive Chairman of Plateau State Internal Revenue Service (PSIRS), Jim Pam Wayas on the attainment of a profound PhD Degree in Accounting.

Governor Mutfwang in a congratulatory message signed by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Gyang Bere expressed hope and confidence that the academic feat bagged by Jim Pam Wayas would enhanced his capacity to deliver on his selfless services to Plateau State.He described Jim as a revered economist and Accountant whose strategic foresight and robust knowledge in revenue generation has continued to shape and impact positively on the future of Plateau economy.
