The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has joined family members, associates, and numerous well-wishers in congratulating the former Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) of the University of Jos, Prof. Rahila Gowon, on the joyous occasion of her birthday.
