The Executive Governor of Plateau State, His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has felicitated with His Royal Highness, Miskoom Martin Muduutrie Shaldas III, the Long Goemai of the Goemai Nation, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
