The Gbong Gwom Jos, Chairman Plateau State Joint Traditional Council and the President Plateau State Council of Chiefs and Emirs, HRM Da (Dr) Jacob Gyang Buba, CON on Thursday 23rd July, 2020 visited La’la Berom (the Berom Compound) Jos Museum, Plateau State.
During the visit, the Royal Father who was accompanied by Be DaGwom Rwey, Be Gwom Rwey and Be Dagwom lauded the Berom Educational and Cultural Organization (BECO) for the historic project and their commitment towards the projection of Berom Nation as well as showcasing their rich cultural heritage.
The Royal Father expressed satisfaction at the project and said he is very impressed with the work at the Compound.
He commended BECO under the able leadership of Da Gyang Dudu Dalyop for its visionary, focused and credible leadership. He charged the Berom Nation to remain united, work for the progress of the State & Nigeria at large.
A highly elated BECO President Worldwide, Da Gyang accompanied by other Executive Team who could not hide his joy appreciated the Royal Visit saying the organisation is strengthened and encouraged by same.
He commended the Gbong Gwom Jos and other Traditional Rulers for the sterling leadership they are providing.
He lauded those who contributed to make the project a success.
He said, BECO under his leadership is already working towards transforming BECO Comprehensive High School Kwi, Riyom LGA to make it a standard citadel of learning which will be conducive.
He commended the Berom Nation for the supports accorded BECO so far and admonished Berom Sons & Daughters to continue to support BECO to achieve its plan for a more united and prosperous Berom Nation. He urged them to be good Ambassadors anywhere they are.
The Royal Fathers and their entourage were taken round the project.
