The General Manager of Crispan Suites and Event Centre Jos Plateau State, Mrs. Svetlana Alexandrovna has stated that exceptional service delivery remains top priority of the Hotel. She hinted that it is the vision of the Hotel to maintain its top position in the Hospitality industry in Plateau State in line with its motto “Home Away from Home” making the satisfaction of the clients of the Hotel priority.

The business Expert made these known during an interactive session with Media Practitioners at the Hotel on Tuesday 30th January, 2024. She asserted that the media has pivotal roles to play in portraying Plateau State in good light and changing the wrong narratives and bad perception about the State which has adversely affected the inflow of Tourists and Investors whom she said have the propensity to boosting the economy and prospering the State.
She said in line with the objectives of the Hotel, it is poised to be the best hospitality industry in the State by working assiduously to meet and surpass the needs of its clients through deliberate innovation and outstanding service delivery.

She harped on the need for good infrastructural development which she said has significant impact on the success of the Hospitality industry. She commended the efforts being put in place to ensure that infrastructural intervention are made to improve the economy of the State.
She said the Hotel is ready to partner with the State government to improve the tourism potentials and transform it to become tourists Haven of the Nation. She averred that the Hotel has the largest and most befitting parking spaces for cars which make people comfortable to attend events without hesitation about where to park.
According to her, the tourism potentials of the State need to be harnessed and with adequate security and right narratives about the State, the State possess the capacity to attract tourists and investors who are readily available and willing to invest.

According to her insecurity in some parts of the State has posed serious threat to the Hotel and the hospitality industry in the State as Clients would have to cancel the reservations made on hearing reports of breach of security.
She called for concrete measures to address the security challenges confronting the State in order for businesses to thrive and boost the fortunes of the State economically. He disclosed that insecurity has adverse impact on the economy and the populace.

She hinted that the Hotel has put in place measures to ensure that its clients are safe and get the best of services.

She also spoke on certain measures deployed by the Hotel to ensure that criminal elements are not given access to use the Hotel as hideout to perpetuate their nefarious activities or disrupt clients.

She harped on the need for the right investment in Infrastructures, security and for the media to project the right image about the State to attract tourists and Investors.

Earlier in his remarks, the Sales Director of the Hotel, Ibrahim Gende said the Hotel is working to ensure that its set standards are not compromised and to remain the best.
