It has become imperative to voice out my position at this material time, as the nation gradually sinks. This is owing to the fact that a lot of mess has been condoned over time.
The #ENDSARS protest in this regards should be viewed as the remedy to bringing back the sinking NATION. The protests to my mind is beyond Police brutality.
The protests is aimed at addressing the huge INJUSTICE inherent in our general body polity and day today running of the STATE affairs. Note that; “PEACE is a residue of JUSTICE”, unless & until this phenomenon JUSTICE, is not only done but seen to have been done, Nigeria will definitely sink.
The nationwide protests is a message to those in power and authority that Nigeria youths are ready to take there future in there hands there by compelling the leaders to do the needful. It when further to clearly show that the youth have lift up our national space and recharge the conscience of the Nation to a New Nigeria we all dream about.
More so, the systematic plunder and theft of the Nation resources, mass unemployment, collapse of public education, the widening gap between the rich, false pretentious Change graciously influence the anger of the Youth on the street. As long as the government at all levels and the Nation will continue to be run for the benefit of the few and their immediate family, this kind of uprising is just the beginning.
However, I don’t want to bore any reader with lengthy facts but permit me to state that, Nigeria has no business retrogressing with all the human & material endowments. Yet the prevalence of injustice in state affairs has made us to literally manage to survive.
Both the leaders & the led must consciously cultivate the attitude & culture of Justice in all that we do for the Nation to thrive. Development can only be attained via a peaceful environment while peace can only be achieved through Justice.
Finally, I salute the resilience & determination of the Nigerian Youth for the attainment & entrenched of Justice Nation wide.
