“Says I do not owe him any professional fees”

Honourable Member representing Langtang South/ Langtang North in the Federal House of Representative Hon Vincent Venman Bulus on Thursday said Edward Pwajok SAN has never at any point been his lawyer.

The Honourable Member was reacting to a newspaper report published in an online newspaper Reality Newspaper which accused the lawmaker of alleged defiance and refusal to pay his Professional Legal Fee.

” Edward Pwajok did not stand in for me as Vincent Bulus but as the lawyer of the Candidates in APC” he added.

Venman who spoke to newsmen in Jos further stressed that he is not owing Edward Pwajok any professional fees.

According to Hon Vincent” I have at no point met with Edward Pwajok personally or Sign any legal documents with him, as I had personal legal discussion with another Lawyer and not Pwajok as he claims.”

“I did not brief Pwajok to handle any petition for me nor any appeal.”

In his words “Why is Edward Pwajok only focus on Vincent Bulus ?,” I can never have any dealing with Edward Pwajok ,You should also note that Edward Pwajok has never had any dealing with any politician that has ended smoothly, this shows why his political career is gone, “he alleged.

Edward Pwajok is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria and has filed this case before the court, why would he not wait for the outcome of the court but to come for Media trial which is not known to the Nigeria Legal system” ,he asserted .

” I am calling on the general public to dismiss the allegations he is peddling that I am owing him any professional legal fees” he added .

“I would not be distracted from delivering on the current mandate as the lawmaker representing my good people of Langtang South/ Langtang North”

“Why is Edward Pwajok coming at this time to accuse me wrongly , I think all these allegations are been sponsored by the opposition”

“Ordinarily, I wouldn’t had a rejoinder to this but to clarify the public that he is a mere attention seeker, I have to”

He said since assumption of office, I have made service delivery a major focus of my administration and that I would continue to do, he added.

“I can’t be distracted by Edward Pwajok and his allegations”, Hon Vincent Venman stressed.
