Dr. Kenneth Egwuda Bags “Icon of Nation Building” Award from Northern Youth Association of Nigeria

Today 16th October, 2018, the Northern Youth Association of Nigeria (NYAN) the apex umbrella body of youth cutting across the 19 Northern State of Nigeria honored the Chief Medical Director/Chief Executive Officer of ALPS Hospitals & Diagnostic Centre Jos, Plateau State, Dr. Kenneth Egwuda, a Consultant Gynaecologist, IVF/ART Specialist, Minimal Access Surgeon and Reproductive Biologist has been honoured today with an award of excellence in the 2018 Northern Heroes Award as an Icon of Nation Building/Garkuwan Matasan Arewa.
The Award is in recognition and appreciation of his immense contributions towards youth empowerment, philanthropy, human transformation and educational development for human benefits and the Nation at large.
Leader of the delegation, Cmr. Godiya T. Adams who was accompanied by other sagacious leaders of the Group such as Cmr. Matthew Nankim described Dr. Kenneth Egwuda as someone who is impacting lives positively and transforming humanity.
Cmr. Hon. Godiya said Dr. Kenneth is not just a mentor and role model, but a personality with integrity and unique hallmark, which will for a very long time define the phrase “a light at the end of the tunnel”. He said Dr. Kenneth has given given so many years of exceptional leadership aimed at building the nation.
He said at a time when Nigeria youths are facing near relegation from National scheme of affairs, Dr. Egwuda has continued to exhibit youth friendly disposition and human care for whoever come his way irrespective of the persons tribe, ethnicity and religion, displaying unmatched nationalistic leadership style that has been giving the youths renewed hopes as leaders of tomorrow.
Cmr. Godiya said building the youth depicts building the nation while ignoring the youth is inimical to nation building.
Dr Kenneth has not only undertook the importance of youth development, but has ensured that the empowerment of the youth remained his topmost priority he said.
He likened Dr. Kenneth as the symbol of true Nigeria where unity, love, integrity and fairness, compassion and brotherhood takes a sit at the high table.
Dr. Kenneth Egwuda in his acceptance and appreciation note thanked the group for finding him worthy of the honor and said he never knew that the little contributions he is doing to humanity are being acknowledged, recognized, celebrated and rewarded.
He said he will continue to do his best, contribute his quota towards societal and human transformation.
He said his focus is to see the human race being happy and attain fulfillments in all good ramifications.
He dedicated the award to God Almighty, his family and staff for their commitments and dedication towards making him a celebrated leader.
He went further to say youth must work hard towards remaining relevant in this modern world of technological innovations and breakthroughs.
He said youth must be ready to transform the society by citing Lee Kuan Yew Former Prime Minister of Singapore who out of dedication and commitment was able to transform his Country to be where it is today.

The event which took place at ALPS Hospitals and Diagnostic Centre No. 2 Tari Close Opposite PRTVC Rayfield Office Jos, Plateau State was well attended by staff of the organizations, friends, associates and the media.
