Chief Executive Officer of Royal Therapeutic and Biotech LTD Christian Chukwuemeka has said that he had trained over 500 persons in Plateau State .
He made this known while speaking to our correspondent after disinfecting and decontaminating the entire Plasmida Complex at Liberty Boulevard in Jos .
Chris who is one of the several Master Trainers with the Agency has trained students to be Cosmetologists on behalf of Plateau State Microfinance Development Agency PLASMIDA. He decided to offer these services to give back to the State.
He said, “this is my way of giving back to the Society and the State”
He said that the Agency has rendered so much to his Company in terms of linkage services as well linking him to funding opportunities.
By this, PLASMIDA has done a lot by empowering youths in the State who have now become masters in their rights and employers of labour.
Our correspondent reports that the Company also offered sensitization and awareness to the members of staff of the Agency on the dangers of been exposed to the COVID-19 and how to stay safe.
He said that the disinfection and decontamination exercise would sterilize the building which is a public office from possible exposure to various viruses and germs hence the need for sensitization awareness to them.
He said that Royal Therapeutic and Biotech LTD is a foundation located at No 7a Hospital Road KVom also deals with the research and development of Therapeutics which includes general wellness, health and beauty products .
It also offers natural drugs which are suitable to our own peculiar body biochemistry.
The Company also offered free blood sugar tests and blood pressure confirmations to Staff of the Agency during the exercise. They also distributed free face masks, hand sanitizer, disinfectants and anti ulcer medications.
He said it was necessary because people with such conditions have lower immunity and so highly vulnerable to the virus. This is done to confirm their status.
Speaking to our correspondent , the Director General PLASMIDA Mr Haggai Gutap, appreciated the Plateau State Governor, His Excellency, Bar Dr Simon Bako Lalong firstly for his commitment towards assisting MSME programs in the State. It is his support that has resulted in the Corporate Social Responsibilty for which the Agency has enjoyed.
He said that the Agency has helped many small businesses on the Plateau
He thanked Mr Chukwuemeka of Royal Therapeutic and Biotech LTD for coming back to appreciate the Agency and called on other Master Trainers to emulate this kind gesture.
In other to grow other small businesses the Agency has also patronized another MSME, Bennie Agro Ltd by purchasing a Semi- Automated Hand Washing Machine to keep in tandem the new protocol of washing of hands before entering the complex.
