DALUNG BUILDS SIX CLASS ROOMS TO HIS COMMUNITY SABONGIDA LANGTANG SOUTH

The Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung have built six class rooms of learning to his community in Sabongida Langtang South Local Government Area of Plateau State. This is part of the minister selfless contributions to his people.

The Minister who demonstrated his love and passion to the development of education, says he will continues to support young people to pursuit education across all levels. “Instead of sharing one one thousands Naira to people, I will continue building structures where my people can benefit massively for over long period of time.”

Former Chairman of Langtang South Local Government Council, Honourable Nanman Darko commended the Minister for selflessness he made to built six class rooms to his community. He said, education is the foundation and bedrock of any community to develop. ” the minister have demonstrated exceptional leadership quality to endured his people get best education by building modern classes to Primary Pupils to enjoy “.

Reacting to development, youth of the community thanked the Honourable Minister for the laudable contributions to the growth of education in their area. “We are grateful to the Minister for building modern classes to us. This can ease learning to our younger ones”

In the record, the minister have sponsored 200 young people for JAMB examination in 2016, 2017. He engaged 560 youth for Social Investment Programme out of which Langtang South got 136 beneficiaries. The minister also empowered over 300 youth for Business and Agriculture Skills Capacity Building Training where 150,000 to 200,000 grant were given to each. He sent some youth to foreign training where they received intensive training for 3 Months on Capacity Building etc.
