Lydia Bagos, Executive Director of Dachung Musa Bagos Foundation and Wife of the member representing Jos South/East Federal Constituency, Dachung Bagos, marked Valentine’s Day with visits to schools and widows within the constituency.
Mrs. Bagos shared love to widows and girls Government Secondary School Kanadap, Kuru, Government Secondary School, Hwolshe, Government Secondary school Kerker, Government Secondary School Kededu all within the Jos South & Jos east local governments on Plateau State.
With The foundation’s fundamental area of interest being love, the foundation sought to align its mission and outreach with Valentine’s Day, a day widely celebrated as a day of love.
The foundation used the celebration to create an awareness on prevention of cervical cancer and Personal hygiene.
Items distributed to the students included sanitary pads, exercise books, body deodorants, Pens and other stationeries while the widows were treated to a variety of food items.
The recipients showed appreciation to the Executive Director of the Foundation, and prayed for the success of the organization.
