COVID-19 PLATEAU: JEDC Donate Items To PLSG As They Promise Steady Power Supply During Lockdown

The Jos Electricity Distribution Company (JEDC) has donated some materials to the special taskforce on Covid-19 in Plateau State.

Mr Aliyu Abba Aminu, the Regional Manager, Jos Metro led a group of top executives of the company to the old Government house for the presentation today.

While donating The items Mr Aminu said his men are Working assiduously to supply adequate electricity to Plateau State during the lock down.

“Our men are on ground to ensure there is no disruption in the flow of electricity during the lockdown, naturally electricity has issues and we will respond immediately to any genuine complaints”.

We Thank his Excellency for putting us among those providing essential services.

The team presented five different items,

100 Bucket with accessories ,
8 cartons of Hand sanitizer’s ,10 cartons of Liquid hand wash ,110 cartons of facemask and 4 cartons of Hypo.

While resoonding,The Secretary To the Government Of The State Prof Danladi Atu said;
‘We Thank you for answering our request to partner with us in areas of support to the fight against Covid19.

It’s is a show of solidarity, I want to place on record that JEDC is very Key in the development of Plateau state ,He maintained.

“I want to assure you we will judiciously use what you have brought for the good of all mankind and to all That need it during this trying period” He reechoed.

The SGS ended in a philosophical note “After God it’s now Corona Virus”
