As the Coronavirus Pandemic continue to ravage the standard of living of the people and economic activities, Hon. Zang Bot Luka the Personal Assistant to the Senator Plateau North has distributed food item to Widows and less privileged in Gyel B Federal Ward, Jos South LGA to cushion the effect of the hardship being faced.

Hon. Zang Bot Luka said he targeted widows and other less privileged in the area because they are the vulnerable section and in dire need of assistance considering the adverse impact of COVID-19 pandemic.

He urged government at all levels to provide palliatives to the vulnerable in order to reduce the hardships they are going through.

Hon. Zang said the gesture is his little contribution towards the fight against the novel coronavirus, urging the people to obey all safety/preventive measures set out by health professionals as well as government directives geared towards combating COVID-19.
He charged them to maintain good personal/respiratory hygiene at all times.

The beneficiaries thanked the donor for the gesture and pray God to reward him.
