Commissioner for Housing, Barr. Zulfa Inspects Ongoing Construction Work at Kanke, Mabudi General Hospital

Commissioner for Housing Barrister Zulfa Bitrus Rimven yesterday said the Simon Lalong led adminstration is determined to provide more dividends of democracy to the people of the state
” Our Governor Simon Lalong is determined to complete projects he initiated as his ongoing “legacy projects is scattered all across the state.
Zulfa made this known while speaking at an inspection visit of the ongoing construction works at General Hospital at Kanke and Mabudi.
Our correspondent reports that Cmmissioner for Housing Barrister Zulfa Bitrus Rimven and his Health counterpart Dr.Nimkong Ndam Lar were at the various Sites to assess the level of work in Progress and to have an interactions with the contractors to know the details of the projects including their challenges.
He said “In line with his three point Pillar Policy thrust, Governor Simon Lalong has directed the completion of General Hospitals at Kanke and Mabudi .
Zulfa assured the contractors of Lalong,s commitment to ensured all projects are completed and also challenge them to abide by the site plan /drawings to accommodate the newly passed law of disability.
Our correspondent reports that the first point of call was the Kanke General Hospital where the council Secretary Hon. Monday Mukang and the contractors Archiplane and Kampala Nig.Ltd were both on sites and briefed the delegation that work is at 85Percent completion awaiting Painting, electrical fittings and Landscaping.
Our correspondent report that the Mabudi General Hospital which the contract was awarded in 2005 had been reviewed with a 60 beds capacity is at 70Percent completion and its been handled by Liveline and Lordsway Nig.Ltd.
Chairman of Langtang South Hon. Nimchak Rims who spoke at the occasion commended the Governor and also call for the construction of staff quarters, Dental unit, Pharmacy unit to conform to the standard at Riyom and Kanke General hospitals .
