Cmr. Dachung Solomon Pam, the immediate past PYC Chairman Riyom LGA and the present Assistant Secretary General Plateau Youth Council (PYC) on Friday 11th March, 2022 bagged award of excellence by the Plateau State Contributory Health Care Management Agency (PLASCHEMA) as the best LGA Coordinator during the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) enrollment in Plateau State.

The enrollment was done across the 17 LGA in Plateau State which Riyom LGA came first as the best LGA in terms of achieving beyond its target enrollment.

Cmr. Solomon was commended for his exceptional performance in Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) enrollment in Plateau State.

The award was presented to him by the Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Chief Noel Donjur at Crispan Hotel Jos Plateau State during the PLASCHEMA Domestic Resource Mobilization Parley.

Present at the occasion was His Excellency, the Executive Govornor of Plateau State who was represented by the Secretary to the Government of the State Prof. Danladi Atu, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Idris Maje who was the Chief Mobilizer, the Speaker PLSHA, Minister of Women Affairs Hon. Dame Pauline Tallen, the Statistician General of the Federation Mr. Simon Harry, LGC Chairmen, Commissioners and many dignitaries who graced the occasion.

Cmr. Solomon appreciated PLASCHEMA for finding him worthy and said the Award will spur him to do more. He called on the public to embrace the scheme so they can enjoy more healthier and productive lives.
