Christmas -Youth activist Pius Hommen calls on Plateau citizens to continue to stay peacefully with one another

A youth activist in Plateau State,Mr  Pius Hommen ,has    urged Christians in the State to show  God’s love with all, irrespective of religious affiliation,

He also called on citizens of Plateau to continue to stay peacefully with one another at all times. 

This was contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Jos yesterday. 

The statement reads that as” we celebrate Christmas, I am calling on my

brothers and sisters to apply the teachings of Jesus Christ in all aspect of their lives,”Pls let’s all be our brothers keeper ”

“The central theme of love and peace in Christmas which promotes harmony, reconciliation and goodwill among humanity must be embraced by all”.

” Christmas marks the celebration of the new life that God gave mankind through the birth of Jesus Christ.”

“I am calling on  Christians in Plateau to be reminded that Christmas, which is the birth of Jesus Christ, signifies hope and salvation brought to a world in need of redemption.”

  “I urge us all  to use this  period to share God’s love with all, irrespective of religious affiliation, and I call on all Nigerians to pray for the country, its leadership and our Governor Simon Lalong as he continues to provide more dividends of democracy to the people of Plateau  .”

I want you all to know that you are very special to me, Merry Christmas to all of us and thank you all for your support  the statement further added .
