Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Center Jos challenge people living with disability to be productive, distributing 50 wheelchairs

The chief executive officer of beautiful gate Handicapped People Center Jos Ayuba Burki Gufwan today has challenged people living with disability to be productive in society.

Chief Ayuba Burki made this assertion today in Benue while presenting 50 wheelchairs to people living with disability in Makudi INEC Secretariat in partnership with a youth corper Mr Peter who had lobbied for the wheelchair from the beautiful gate Handicapped People Center Jos.

Ayuba admonished the beneficiaries to make effective use of the wheelchair to go to school, learn a skill or start a business and to know that disability is not the end of life.

The CEO also charged parents, Community leaders and Government officials to take good care of people living with disability knowing that there is great potential bestowed on them by God Almighty. He also said the government should provide opportunities for people living with disability to learn skills and provide scholarships to those who are willing to go to school.

The Executive Governor of Benue state His Excellency Samuel Ortom who was ably represented by Hon. Isaac Nor, Senior Special Assistant to the governor on disability matters appreciated Beautiful Gate Handicapped People Center Jos for yet another kind gesture to the loving people of Benue and the coper Mr Peter Gwer who was lobbying for the wheelchairs as part of his community project. He said this is one of its kind in the history of Benue and God will bless the foundation for this gospel. He assured people living with disability continues to support and partner.

Other dignitaries at the presentation of the wheelchairs were NYSC State Coordinator: Mr Abe Dankaro Ashumate, Makurdi LGA LGI: Mr Akoh Calistus and Makurdi Zonal Inspector: Mrs Hua Comfort.
