Beautiful Gate Handicapped people Center Jos donated 120 wheelchairs to People living with disabilities in Babaldo Village of Birnin Kudu LGA Jigawa state.

The Executive Director of Beautiful Gate was in the company of Rev Dr. Ron Rice and Philly Sorter who happens to be some of the center’s international partners from the US.

Presenting the wheelchairs, Chief Ayuba Burki encourage the beneficiaries to be of good cheer and make positive use of the mobility aids, he added that “

disability is not a key of death, but a challenge waiting to be overcome”.

In the same vain, Rev. Dr.Ron Rice speaks on the meaning of Beautiful Gate and narrated that it is found in the book of Acts, he added that it was where Peter and John healed the lame man who asked them for alms, he said since Beautiful Gate Handicapped people center cannot perform miracles like the one recorded in the Bible, the only way to help is by providing mobility aids to people living with disabilities thereby fulfilling the ministry of Jesus Christ, he encourage them to enroll in school or learn a trade.

Reacting, the Dakachi of Babaldo Alhaji Usman Lamido appreciates the Beautiful Gate team for finding his community worthy of such a gesture and promised to always support people living with disabilities of his community. He said Beautiful has visited his community several times and they can’t take their kindness for granted.

VPN gathered that, Beautiful gate has over the years visited Babaldo Sixth times and has donated over 500 tricycle wheelchairs with the call on parents and caregivers to embrace vaccination to help save their wards from illnesses.
