The Executive Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC), Rev. Yakubu Pam has urged Nigerian youths to be patient, adding that there is still hope for Nigeria. He gave this charge in Abuja recently while playing host to the delegation of the Sir Ahmadu Bello Youth Council of Nigeria (AYCN) who paid him a courtesy visit in his office. In the words of the NCPC Boss “It is my dream to work with young people to move Nigeria to a greater height, I appeal to the youths to show spirit of sportsmanship and be patient with our leaders as there is still hope for Nigeria.”

The NCPC helmsman further told the youths that the failure of some leaders do not mean an end to our hopes for a better Nigeria, assuring the youths that our Leaders have surely learned and identified the mistakes and definitely Nigeria would rise again and we would all be alive to see it.
He intimated his guests that NCPC regulates travels to the Holy Land of Israel and that the Commission plans to work with Youths to better the Agricultural methods used in Nigeria by incorporating the system used in Israel.

He charged the youths to key into the youth pilgrimage organized by the Commission specifically designed to expose the youths to the Israeli Agricultural system.
Rev. Pam showed his appreciation to the delegation for having good thoughts of identifying prominent Northern Personalities in Nigeria and that he is glad to be honoured as one. The apostle of peace assured the youths that Nigeria would surely be better as we have youths who have dreams and desire for a greater Nigeria.
Earlier, the President of the Ahmadu Bello Youth Council of Nigeria (AYCN), Comrade Sagir Adam who led the delegation told the NCPC boss that the Council identifies with him as a prominent personality who has marvelously contributed to peace and harmony of the Country. According to him, “the Council is a body that is striving towards bringing Northern Nigeria together beyond religious differences, tribal, ethnicity and political inclination”.

Comrade Sagir stated that the Council is strongly an inter-faith body which has taken time to study the Executive Secretary’s activities towards the peace and move for “One Nigeria”.
