Bagos calls for speedy release of Reverend Polycap Zongo from Boko Haram Captivity.

The Member Representing Jos South Jos East Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Rep Dachung Bagos has called for the speedy release of Rev. Polycap Zongo who was abducted by Boko Haram.

Bagos made this call at the plenary session of the House of Representatives of 10th March, 2021 on a motion of urgent public importance.

“The House is aware that Reverend Polycarp Zongo, a Pastor of Church Of Christ In Nations (COCIN) Wild Life Park Jos, Plateau State, along with two women who were headed to Gombe from Jos for a Church conference were abducted by the Boko Haram terrorists on October 19, 2020,” Mr. Bagos said.

“There is evidence of the capture in a released video recorded by his abductors where he pleaded with the church and government to secure his release.”

The motion was passed by the house and a charge to the security agencies to immediately secure the release of Reverend Polycarp Zongo.
