The National Coordinator Prayer Force Network, Amb. John Pofi has described Bishop David O. Abioye as a religious bulldozer of uncommon integrity.

In a message congratulating Bishop David Abioye as he turns 60, Amb. Pofi said the intellectual prowess of the celebrant has shaped ideas and many who passed through his tutelage are flourishing spiritually, professionally, financially and breaking new grounds in all fields of human endeavour across the globe.

Your holiness, it gives me great joy to celebrate you on this day as you add another fruitful year to your impactful years.

By gracing three scores of gracious life, yours has been years of full service to God and mankind.

To many who know you like myself, you are a very supportive personality, humility is your second name, you are a loving husband and a caring father to your biological and spiritual children which I am a living testimony. The testimony everywhere is that your abiding concern for the good of others and welfare of your people is legendary.

The unanimous concensus of many is that, you spend the better part of your life in self sacrifice, promoting virtue and discouraging vices.

Your life is full of testimonies of how God still performs miracles even in contemporary days where the pulpit has been polluted, discredited, commercialised and bastardised, yet you have proven yourself to be a religious bulldozer, that is why you are still standing tall, resolute, focused, with insightful depth, simple, calm, analytical and collected.

Your intellectual prowess has shaped ideas and many who passed through your tutelage are flourishing spiritually, professionally, financially and breaking new grounds in all fields of human endeavour across the globe.

Many of your contemporaries have gone to the great beyond, but the grace of God has sustained you all through, I believe it is because of your unequaled simplicity.

As you mark this important day, l urge you to continue to be simple, your simplicity is a unique trademark that is in short supply in today’s world.

As you increase in age, so shall God increase you in all ramifications.
