The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) Plateau State Chapter has concluded plans to hold the 2023 NMA Plateau state Physicians Week.
The Association is therefore inviting Teachers and Medical Professionals to the event.
This was contained in a text signed by the Chairman NMA Plateau 2023 Physicians’ Week Local Organizing Committee (LOC), Dr. Samuel Kwis.

He hinted that the Physicians’ Week 2023 celebrations of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) with the theme “This is our chance: To get it right in the health sector” will hold from Sunday 22nd to Saturday 28th October 2023.
Other sub-themes include “The Abuja Declaration – 22 years after” and “The ethical issues in human organ donation”.

Keynote Speaker for the epoch making event will be Prof. Josiah Mutihir, an erudite Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH)/University of Jos.
Other Speakers are Prof Oche Agbaji a Professor of Nephrology, JUTH/University of Jos and Dr Kwande Solomon the
Director of Operations & ICT Plateau state contributory Healthcare Management Agency (PLASCHEMA).

He said the series of activities lined up for this year’s event promises to be engaging and worthwhile.
