The acting Provost of the Plateau State College of Health, Technology, Pankshin, Mr. Emmanuel Mahanan Josiah has on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff, and the entire students of the Institution heartily felicitated with Her Excellency, the First Lady of Plateau State, Barr. Helen Mutfwang on the auspicious occasion of her birthday celebration.
