Gov. Mutfwang Mourns the Demise of David Yakubu Gbwan, Driver to Plateau Deputy Governor

The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended his heartfelt condolences to his Deputy Governor, Hon. Mrs. Josephine Piyo, on the tragic passing of her devoted driver, David Yakubu Gbwan.
