The Councillor-elect Zawan “B” Ward Jos South Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State, Hon. Alex Isaac Dagul fondly called “Pounds & Dollars” has appreciated the People of the Ward for trusting him with their mandate freely assuring that he will not disappoint them but justify the trust and confidence placed on him with credible leadership and quality representation.
Hon. Alex also applauded the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for entrusting its ticket and supporting his candidature.
He made these disclosures in an appreciation message he personally signed and made available to our medium.
He appreciated his parents who according to him are instrumental to his upbringing, for the love, discipline and for supporting his dream.
He promised to work in the best interest of the People at all times.
In his words “We commend the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for trusting us with their ticket and today we have achieved resounding victory.
“To the good, hospitable, united and peaceful People of Zawan “B” Ward who voted devoid of ethnic, religious and Political sentiments, we remain indebted to you and we are promising not to disappoint the mandate you freely gave us but justify same with purposeful, accountable, transparent and responsive leadership.
We will work collectively towards addressing the challenges bedeviling our Ward, Local Government Area, State and Nation at large. We want to assure you that we would pursue the unity, prosperity and development of the Ward, Jos South LGA, Plateau State and Nigeria.
“The unity, peace and progress of Zawan “B” Ward will remain our priorities at all time.
We will ensure we enact laws that would have direct impact to the People and the society”
He promised that his cardinal duties of lawmaking, oversight functions and representation will be pursued wholeheartedly.
He stated “We will work to ensure that our Ward and Local Government get the needed attention that would drive infrastructural and human capital developments at all times.
We shall serve selflessly, diligently, with empathy and the fear of God to ensure that what belongs to the People are used to better the Ward and impact lives accordingly. We will work to attract development and bring democratic dividends to the doorsteps of the People.
“I shall be your Servant and your Voice to represent you well. We will not fail in our legislative assignment.
