Governor Mutfwang Mourns With the Tallen’s Family on the Demise of Their Son, Late Richard Tallen

The Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended his condolences to the former Deputy Governor of Plateau State and former Minister of Women Affairs, Dame Pauline Tallen, on the passing of her beloved son, Mr. Richard Adamu Tallen.

In a condolence message signed by His Director of Press and Public Affairs Mr Gyang Bere, Governor Mutfwang, who commiserated with the wife of the deceased, described the loss of Richard as a profound tragedy, not only for the Tallen family but also for the entire Plateau State.

He noted that Richard’s steadfast support to his wife, mother and his contributions to the family were deeply admired by many. His untimely death, Governor Mutfwang stated, has robbed the family of a confidant and a pillar of strength.

Governor Mutfwang lamented that Richard, who held so much promise, was expected to carry forward the values and legacy of the Tallen family with wisdom and integrity. His passing at such a prime age, the Governor said, is a heartbreaking loss, not just for the family but for all who knew him.

The Governor also reflected on Richard’s life, which was marked by kindness, generosity, and empathy, which left an indelible mark on all who crossed his path.

On behalf of his family, the government, and the peace-loving people of Plateau State, Governor Mutfwang extended his heartfelt sympathies to Dame Pauline Tallen, wife of the deceased, his children and the entire family during this time of deep sorrow. He prayed that God would grant them the comfort, strength, and courage to endure the loss.
